SHIPPING COST
– All orders shipping cost is based on the weight of complete order.
TRACKING
– Tracking information will be emailed to the ‘ship to’ email listed, if provided on individual orders when shipped.
– Tracking number link can also be found in your back office within 2 – 12 hours after order placement. *Exception to orders placed after 2pm (PST) Fridays.
INFORMATION
– Complete your order by 2pm (PST) for same day shipping.
– Orders placed after 2pm, will be shipped the following business day.
– Orders placed on the weekend, ship the following business day. *Holiday exceptions may apply.
– Orders can not be combined to ship together.

RETURNS
– Customer is responsible for returning shipping, *exceptions apply.
– Upon request, a return label can be supplied, and cost deducted from refund.
– 100% refund minus shipping cost on preferred and retail customer orders returned within 30 days of purchase date *exception applied to requested return labels.
– 100% refund minus shipping cost on Independent Distributor orders returned within 15 days of purchase date *exception applied to requested return labels.
– 90% refund minus shipping cost on Independent Distributor orders returned within 30 days of purchase date (includes 10% restock fee) *exception applied to requested return labels.
– Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of order purchase date.
– No returns on specials or promotional offers under final sale.
WILL CALL ORDERS
– Orders designated for pick-up must be collected within 30 days. Those not claimed in the allocated time will automatically be charged standard shipping fees and mailed to the address on file. If the shipping charge cannot be processed, the order will be cancelled and refunded (minus any applicable restocking fees). This may result in the reversal of associated commissions and volume.
